Service Description
***PLEASE READ*** Shampoo and blow dry are included Please provide the desired style in the note box below. Please be photo ready Please understand that these styles tend to vary is time based off of the density and length of each client. To provide my best work to all clients, please be sure that you schedule on a day that you are completely free so we are not rushing to finish in the event that we may run over on time. If you have any questions you may reach out in the chat box or by phone via text. Please provide the date and time or your appointment and the style you are getting for a faster response please provide a photo of the style as well. Hair will be washed, blown dry and styled. ***I would suggest that the parent sit in their car or just drop the child off. When a parent is present, in my experience the child tends to become agitated while sitting in the chair and will look to the parent for comfort and that will pretty much prolong the service. $$$ Beads are a $15 up charge and will be provided. (It takes about and extra hour to install all the beads.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy Thank you for choosing my services. Please review the following policy regarding cancellations and rescheduling: • Deposits are non-refundable. • Appointments may be canceled at any time; however, the deposit will not be refunded. • To reschedule your appointment without forfeiting your deposit, you must notify me at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. • After your cancellation or rescheduling request has been received, you will have 48 hours to book a new appointment. If a new appointment is not scheduled within that time, the deposit will be forfeited. • Each deposit allows one (1) reschedule only. Any additional changes will require a new deposit. If you have any questions, please contact me through the chat feature. I strive to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.
