First off, I would like to start by saying thank you for allowing me to utilize my creative side and working my skills on such a beautiful canvas.

Any who let get to business. Below I have some keynotes I feel you should know prior to your appointment and or booking your appointment.


What should I do with my hair before I get braids??

  • Please come with hair completely clean. Meaning no products (Gel, edge control, etc.)

  • This so that I can braid the style without the hair having the residue or flacks form other products especially since these styles usually last for 4-8 weeks

  • Also, in addition to coming with your hair clean. Your Hair must be shampooed, conditioned and BLOW DRIED (not air dried).

  • Air dried hair will become tangled once it is dry and makes it difficult to part the hair neatly without tension.

  • If not blown dry I will have to detangle the hair before each braid and that would take more time to complete the style.

  • Not coming with the hair prepared as requested will result in either a cancelation (without a refund of deposit). Or a $35 fee to clean and blow dry the hair.

  • Shampooing and conditioning hair takes me about 30 – 60 min. depending on the thickness and length of the hair, thus adding more time to a service that already takes about 4-6 hours.

  • As stated above it may take me an additional 30-60 min. to provide a shampoo and blow dry in addition to the regular 4-6-hour service. Prompting me to charge a shampoo and blow dry fee of $35.

  • Appointments may be canceled if there is another scheduled client after your current appointment. Because it would push the appointment back and eventually delay my next appointment by 30-60 mins and that isn’t fair to the next client.

  • It is completely okay to request a shampoo and blow dry service in addition to your appointment. But please request it upon scheduling because I would need to make sure that I have my necessary utensils to conduct the service efficiently and block off more time for the appointment.

Silk Presses/Natural hair/Sew Ins and Locs 

all come with Shampoo services.

Tardiness & No Shows

  • Please be on time.

  • When you are late you delay a client that is scheduled after you or risk being there much later than intended.

  • A $25 fee will be added to the total charge if you are tardy after 20 min.

  • After 30 min. the appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will not be refunded. 

If I am late, I will contact you directly.

No shows.

  • If you happen not to show up without a call or any form of notice. You will not be able to schedule any appointments with me in the future. Which will also result in non-refundable cancelation. If you choose to book your appointment anyway it will be removed from the schedule. (ALL DEPOSITS WILL BE NON-REFUNDABLE IF YOU BOOK AFTER BEING INFORMED NOT TO)

  • Everyone’s time is valuable and should be respected even if you must cancel please let me know 24 hours before your appointment. 


Cancelation & Reschedule

  • You are always welcome to cancel your appointment, but all deposits are non-refundable. (Deposits are in place to secure the appointment and to ensure the client does intent on showing up).

    • I am currently NOT accepting reschedule appointments at this time. Please verify with your schedule that you will be fully available for that day before booking.

  • If I cancel your appointment for any reason, your deposit will be completely refunded immediately. (Very rarely will this happen, only for emergencies such as illness, weather conditions, loss in the family and constructional issues) 


  • All listed prices are final.  No decreases will be applied for bringing your own hair, etc. No substitutions.

Why Book a Consultations?

  • If you booked the wrong service and do not inform me 24 hrs prior to your appointment. I have 3 options for my clients: rebook for a later date, pay a change of service fee of $25 or you could proceed with your booked service. (Change of Service Fee is for the hair that was already purchased and prepped for the service and due to the change I will have to provide addition hair or reprep for the service further delaying our start time). 

  • If your are not sure about what service to get I advice that you schedule a consultation via zoom or in person through the website. We can discuss what style would be best for you.

Deposit and Payment

  • All deposits are non-refundable.

  • All services are non-refundable. If there is an issue with your style you have 7 days from the date of service to reach out to me to have it corrected and put on the schedule. (I will not respond to hostile individuals) My mission is to correct any imperfections as needed so you can continue to flourish.
